Sock Monkey

Tyler (my 9 year old son) asked me to make him a sock monkey.  So last night- I did a little research on the internet to find the directions (ended up being very successful- tons out there that were very helpful) and today we headed to target to get the socks.  My 4 year old little girl wanted one as well.  This was the end result  (don't laugh...)   :-) It was definitely a learning experience.  My 1st pair of sock I had to throw away.  ha...  Glad I bought an extra pair!  

I do believe I need some handstitching practice...  hehe...  His poor mouth.

But, Tyler loved it.  I told him that I was going to remake him another and he said, "No Momma- this one is perfect."
